Blue Waters Beach Hotel is a four star luxury resort on the northwest side of Antigua, located on a sheltered palm fringed bay, with two white sandy beaches. There are seventy-seven deluxe rooms, suites and villas. There are two restaurants, three bars, and three swimming pools at the property. There is also a fitness center, beauty salon, spa, and tennis court.

Accommodations at the Blue Waters Hotel are air conditioned with ceiling fan, cable television, telephone, wall safe, hair dryer, bathrobes, coffee/tea maker, and a private patio or balcony.

Hillside Rooms (400 sq ft) are furnished with one king or two twin beds, and have tropical, partial ocean views.

Deluxe Beachfront Suites (455 sq ft) are closest to the beach. The suites have a patio with lounge chairs and ocean views, bathroom with double sinks, mini refrigerator, and king bed.

All Villas have a 16x18' master bedroom with king bed, private bathroom, a 16x45 ft living/dining room, and a full kitchen with microwave, four burner stove, blender and refrigerator.

One Bedroom Beachfront Villas can accommodate three adults or two adults and two children (under 11 years) using rollaway beds.

Two Bedroom Beachfront Villas add a second bedroom with two twin beds, and can accommodate five adults or four adults and three children.

Three Bedroom Beachfront Villas have a third bedroom with king bed, and can house seven adults or six adults and four children under 11 years.
