The
Sugar Mill Hotel is on the northwest side of Tortola near
Apple Bay. There are three restaurants and bars, a freshwater
swimming pool, and a quiet beach with great snorkeling. This

The main dining room of
the Sugar Mill Hotel was once the boiling house for a rum
distillery. The beachside restaurant serves drinks and lunches,

Deluxe
Studios (450 sq ft) have a kitchenette, bedroom
with king bed, private bathroom, and balcony with ocean
and garden views.
The Plantation
House Suites (1,100 sq ft) have two bedrooms
and baths, kitchenette, covered patio or balcony, some with
a hammock on the deck, and ocean views. The living room
area has cable television and VCR. The master bedroom has
king bed, second bedroom one king or two twin beds, and
each bathroom has double sinks and hair dryer. The second
bedroom has a refrigerator, coffee maker, and sitting area.
