La Residence in St. Barths offers twenty-one oceanview villas with one, two or three bedrooms. The property is in the Petit Cul de Sac area, on the northeast part of the island. Villas have a panoramic view of St. Martin and Anguilla to the north, and Statia, St. Kitts and Nevis to the south. There are seven swimming pools on the property. La Residence guests may use the facilities of the nearby St. Barths Beach Hotel.

Each villa is air conditioned, and has a full kitchen with barbecue, bathroom with shower, tub and bidet, a living room with television, VCR, direct dial telephone and a ceiling fan. The living room opens directly to a large private terrace.

One Bedroom Villas have 500 sq. ft. of living area and a 150 sq. ft. balcony. The bedroom has a king bed, and three persons can stay in the one bedroom villas.

Two Bedroom Two Bath Villas, have 850 sq. ft. of space with 200 sq. ft. balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Up to five persons can occupy a two bedroom villa.

Three Bedroom, Three Bath Villas can accommodate seven persons. Two of the bedrooms have a king bed, and the third has two twin beds. There is 1,200 sq. ft. of living space, a large dining room, and a 350 sq. ft. terrace. The three bedroom villa has a private swimming pool.
